My first review of Parcel2Go mentioned how it did not arrive to collect my parcel. It then agreed to compensate me with a Prepay top up made up of £4.20 for the failed delivery and £2.80 for having to stay in all day for nothing.
The latest issue is I cannot spend the £2.80 unless I pay a minimum £20 top up. .
Not a good customer service to give with one and take with the other, is it?
