Shouldn't have reviewed

This site assumed I was from the USA. Wrong! I could change it maybe by going through Facebook or one of the other social media. What have I put myself in for?

Great for small things, but big purchases- NO.

I highly recommend Wiggle and have been buying from them for years. I love the idea of free International postage and I now buy for my friends.
However, recent high value purchases have soured my experience. Tracking numbers from the UK are not accessible and when items reach the country of destination the tracking numbers change. The delivery company does not contact the customer re import duty and the items sits there for days or weeks until we work out a method to claim our goods. My last purchase has not arrived yet after 23 days and I have paid import duty, GST and handling charges. The tracking number again goes to ' not accessible'.
