I cannot currently recommend clear chemist as i have not received what i payed for and ordered weeks ago. When i first contacted them to state i had not received my package i did receive correspondence stating an apology and was informed the item had been re-issued which was fine however i remain without my parcel which i have paid for and i have contacted them on more than one occasion and received no reply. Normally when a person makes payment its always a good start if you get what you have paid for. It would be good customer service to at least receive a reply to an email or some type of contact either of reassurance of delivery or a full refund.
