Well just my luck my order was delayed as one item was out of stock. One of the girls at the drinkshop called to check if that was ok or if I needed the rest of the order to be despatched.
The parcel was then despatched when the order was complete which was fine because it would still arrive before I needed it.
On the day of delivery one of the girls tried to call me to speak me. I missed the 2 calls as i was in a meeting at work. As they hadn't been able to contact me by phone they were about to email me when i returned the call. I was advised the courier had reported the parcel was damaged and would be returned to the drinkshop but a replacement parcel would be sent out straightaway for delivery the next day.
I was really impressed with the level of customer service.
I'm a keen cocktail maker and I find the drinkshop have an amazing array of products and product knowledge.
