Bad customer support very less flexibility

I booked a ticket first time on this site. When i wanted to change even the date of my departure i had no support from the customer service desk. I never got connected to the customer service number mentioned on the site. When all the airlines are offering cancellation or modification with some penalty on the paid amount, this the only travel site i saw where cancellation costs 100% of what you paid (means you get nothing if you cancel). Modification costs three times of what the airlines charges.
