Money grabbing scum
Twice they have taken my money and sat on it for over a week, no emails or reply to emails. And then out of the blue just cancelling my order and refunding me.
Terrible customer service. Shop elsewhere. In store its just as bad, all illiterate people with no customer service skills or manners. Rubbish.
One of the worst online and in store companies in the world. Been shopping online for over ten years and these jokers are by far the worst.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE + NON DISPATCH
Ordered a watch from these jokers and took my money but didn't dispatch items. Emailed them a few times but no response either. Thankfully paid via PayPal, so can claim money back. The point is they didn't bother to keep the customer up to date. If the item is out of stock fair enough, refund me and let me know. This whole no communication route is BS. Absolute turd customer service in this day and age. I urge everyone to AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Always seem to have this kind of experience with German (these jokers and Stylebop) or French (Tictactime - the worst of them all) companies these days, I have no clue what is going on in those countries. If that is the level of service over there, I'm glad I don't live and shop there.

Won't bore you with the details. Ordered a G-shock and it was the cheapest place on the net at the time and delivered in a timely manner and well packaged. No hassle, all good.

DISHONEST TIMEWASTING MONEY GRABBING
Ordered a G-Shock and was lied to about it being sent out, they couldn't provide a tracking number and said that the delivery company made a mistake! This was after about a week after my due delivery date. I took it in my own hands and contacted the courier to find out nothing was in bound to my delivery address. Luckily, I had paid by PayPal who protected the buyer and issued a refund.
Also they are NOT located in the UK - for any potential buyers you should know this.
You can find better G-Shock deals on Amazon and eBay. Also try Nigel O Hara - great prices and fast delivery.
I would rather of had the truth that the watch was out of stock or they listed something that was not in stock, etc. Rather than be lied to. Totally dishonest and untrustworthy.

Great customer service
UC is a small independent bike store in Swansea that I was unaware of until recently. Was recommended by staff in Tokyo Fixed London when I was hunting down a black mission workshop rucksack. I found their choice of products on their website to be good and the site is generally well laid out. Received friendly service, fast delivery and item was well packaged. Ordered the Vandal but was too big so returned for a Rambler and all this was dealt with hassle free. All the postage was free as well and I was kept in the loop at every stage. Very happy with the purchase and overall service. Cheers guys.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
Ordered via their eBay shop. Was looking for a pair of ATH-M50 headphones and found them cheapest at Bop DJ. Very quick response to my questions and friendly customer service. They sent the headphone on a free next day delivery via Fedex which was great. Very happy with my purchase and 5 stars for their service.
Will be shopping with them again.

I have shopped with Caliroots for a while now and have always found that they have great choice of products and some good prices in the sales too! Their delivery is fast to the UK and their customer service is fantastic too if you need to return anything. One of the best web shops out there. Keep it up guys.

Shopped here one time earlier in the year. Although the jacket was not a good fit and I had to return it, I found their service and quick turnaround on the refund really good. Friendly staff and quick response to emails. One of the better ones out there in my opinion.

Shopped here one time earlier in the year. Absolute p*ss poor service. No response to emails. Just took the money and sat on it without letting me know whether the jacket was in stock or not. Says things are in stock but actually aren't. Waited ages for my Carhartt jacket and eventually had to open a dispute on paypal to get my money back. Rubbish service. One of the worst out there.

SLOW DISPATCH / CUSTOMER SERVICE SLOW TO RESPOND
Paid for a FEDEX 2-3 day service, ended up taking double that and when I enquired by email, they didn't respond. Sent numerous emails but nothing.
Finally took a call to them to find out they were as clueless as me as to why my order had not been processed and dispatched.
A few days later it dispatched and I had to chase them for the tracking number. They took the money on day 1.
Product was okay & well packaged but I hate to think what a nightmare it will be if I had to return anything and deal with their poor customer service.

I ordered a g-shock watch for £115. Not only were they slow to dispatch but when I received the watch, the outer G-Shock box was ripped quite badly, there was NO Casio manual and Warranty papers as you usually get and there was finger prints over the display and backplate. Unacceptable when you pay for a new item that you receive what appears to be a second hand watch/display model. Terrible.
They had 4 in stock when I ordered and there clearly was a human being packing the item so why wasn't it replaced with one that wasn't ripped? No common sense AT ALL. Good service is needed in this competitive day and age but they obviously don't care for that.
Contacted Customer Service regarding this. They wanted me to return the watch with box for 'assessment'. Time wasting exercise if you ask me. Kept the watch and had no offer of a minor refund for the damaged box or bad experience. Asked and got no reply.
Have shopped in store before and not bad but online experience leaves a lot to be desired.

Been shopping at Wellgosh for a while now. Always have a great choice of products. Ordered a jacket recently that was delivered next day by courier. Although didn't fit properly, returned and refund was dealt with immediately. Great no hassle customer service. Thumbs up.

Just Perfect!
I am an O2 mobile and Broadband customer and have been using them for many years having been unsatisfied with Vodafone before. They have great customer service and prices are decent. Broadband wise, very quick speeds and easy to set up.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Although GC sent me the wrong sunglasses initially, the customer service was good and turnaround was quick to get the right pair out to me before my short holiday. They also refunded the postage I had to pay to get the shades back to them.
Having good customer service really makes a difference when everyone is offering the same product.
Was sent a brown leather case with black shades, been buying Ray Ban for years and never had a mismatched case/glasses combo though. ;/ umm..

NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bought a pair of Nikes off them that cost over £100 and had to PAY for postage when other companies were offering free postage if spend over £50-80 normally. But they were the only stockist at the time for the trainer I wanted. Fit was not good, asked for a return, no reply to email. Followed instructions online for a RAN (returns auth number) and was told would be contacted with a number to return. No contact ever made.
SUCH BAD customer service in this day and age.

These guys have a great choice of products and dispatch and delivery is quick. Also had to return something for a refund one time and they issued the refund same day they received my jacket back. One of the better web stores out there imo.
