Pity about the courier
MedicAnimal had good prices and I was delighted with their speedy service. However, the courier texted me giving the option to reply as to where I wanted the parcel left. I requested it be left with a neighbour (as was also written on the parcel label) This request was accepted, so imagine how I felt when I returned home to see the parcel outside our front door in full view of the street and in the pouring rain. I have contacted the company, but never get too far.

I do apologise about the experience you had with your delivery.
I can confirm that we have a shipping note on our system, instructing the courier to leave your items with a neighbour. In the majority of cases, the courier drivers are very good about following these notes, and it is regrettable that this did not happen with your order.
Please be aware that we are willing to take further steps to ensure that your items are delivered as you have instructed. If necessary, we can ring the courier for you on the morning of delivery, to ensure that the driver is aware that this message must be followed. As a precaution, we would also advise that you leave a note perhaps on your door, with the shipping note re-written on it.
