We do like their products and speed of delivery and have been a customer for many years, spending a considerable sum annually. However, we recently incorrectly re-ordered goods (that we use and order all the time) due to the wrong image coming up alongside the description online. However Rajapack insisted we pay return carriage, and carriage on the replacements, as we had failed to notice the error on their confirmation email. We felt this was not great customer service on the only occasion we have ever had to contact them with a problem.
Needed parts for a weber bbq - had to place order over phone as had previously ordered the lower grill but needed the upper. Lady who took my call was very helpful, located the correct part and it arrived a few days later. Will definitely go back for more garden and bbq goods.
