Well. Where to start. DPD's 24hr service was paid for on the Thursday so it should have been with me by Friday. But no fair enough I thought even though I had a mechanic coming out to fit the exhaust which was worth over £150 on Monday I'd leave it until Monday. So 7am went by 8am, 9:30am and there was no status update since 3:40am on Saturday. So I called up to be told the person you brought the item off needs to raise a missing parcel dispute.. Brilliant! So they lost my parcel and have no system in place to find out that a parcel hasn't been scanned so staff can walk out with £150 parts and nobody will know! Oh and I've got to pay the mechanic £50 even though he's not coming out now.. So basically I've ended up £200 out of pocket and no vehicle to get me to work until I get another part in however many days!!!! DO NOT USE! The worst! Not the first time I've had problems with this company and I'm a Business Seller on Ebay and Amazon and use couriers all the time! I'd even go as far as saying parcelfarce are more reliable than DPD I'LL be taking this further, Believe me.
