Inadequate packaging and delivery spoiled the excellent Bigdug products.

Products appeared well wrapped on delivery. However, when unwrapped, it soon became apparent that some items had been damaged during transit.
Several of the front/back and side beams had their ends bent enough to make assembly impossible without straightening them. One of the centre supports was bent along its length, also needing to be straightened.
The three grey melamine shelves in the M2B96 package had been damaged to varying degrees.
All units have now been assembled and installed in the garden shed, taking care to hide the shelf damage as much as possible.
Overall, this has been a disappointing first experience of Bigdug products!

I am sorry to hear that you received some damaged items with your order. We do try to package our products to ensure minimal damage but unfortunately during transit some items can get damaged.
I can see on our system that you have been speaking to my colleague about your issues and that they have now been resolved.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you but I hope that you will consider BiGDUG for any future orders.
