Ordered an item on the incentive of a special offer. When the special offer arrived it was not what was promised. This was about 6 weeks ago - since then I have emailed the customer relations twice using the email on the web site with no reply. I have telephoned them to be told the email doesn't go to anyone and given an alternative one to email - from this I received a template answer not even relating to my problem. So I wrote a letter to their customer services department - this was 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything since from them. It seems that once you have parted with your money, they aren't too bothered. There's plenty of firms selling the same over the internet - I'll be going elsewhere in future.
Update ..... I have now settled this matter with the company and after a few more emails reached a satisfactory conclusion and consequently changed my star rating to reflect this
