I will go with what I know next time!!!

I ordered a bouquet of lillies for a friends 50th birthday.
The flowers were nice enough, however I put a nice message from my family but the message wasn't put on a card and delivered with the flowers.

I was very disspointed by this, I contacted customer services and they replied that a message wasn't an option, which was wrong. I emailed customer services again and they said if I had written a meassage it would be on my comfirmation email. It wasn't and from experience I know that messages are not always included in the confirmation.

I was very dissapointed with the companys unhelpful response and will not be using them again. I will also make sure my family and friends do not use this company again.

Thank you for your review of the service you had experienced in using our service.

We can understand you have been in touch with our Customer Service team who have tried to explain the situation regarding the card message.

When placing an order online, there is an option to include a card message on the same stage as entering the delivery details and special instructions. The order you had placed with us unfortunately did not include a card message and as such was delivered without one.

We hope this helps explain the delivery of your order.
