Amazing service

I have ordered from asos for years and never had any issues, recently I ordered a pair of sandals and after wearing a couple of times they had started to rip around the strap so I emailed their customer service to ask what options I had at around 6pm on a Friday night, they replied within 20 minutes and advised me that they would put a new pair in the post free of charge and that there was no need to return the other pair. They arrived at 10am the very next day (Saturday!) I really wasn't expecting this and I really impressed with the efficiency of the service I'd received! Plus the choice of products is rivalled by no other retailer. Thanks for another great experience.

Great items and problem sorted

I ordered a top from miss guided and upon arrival it was a bit too small so ordered the larger size a few days later and sadly it was too big had a few issues returning but eventually got it sorted. Was pleased with the service I received after expressing that I had encountered some issues. Would happily order again and the clothes are great value for money!
