Got text saying parcel delivered, it had not, contacted yodel they informed me i had signed for it at my address, no i did not, they asked if i had checked with neighbours, hang on you just said i signed for it, but i checked, no one has seen a van and we live on a culdesac so not easy to miss, They then gave up and told me to contact the people i ordered from to begin delivery dispute, so i have, been told it could take 10 days!!!! its clear that my parcel is either at the wrong address or in the van but yodel wont have any of it!!! dont trust them dont use them and i think many large companys will be using a different service, just ask amazon and sports direct, utter rubbish service, i would rather collect than use them ever again.
