I am customer of vodafone pay as you go since 2 years, 2 weeks ago vodafone called me to convert to pay monthly and transfer my number too by providing wrong information, But when i came to know that the information is wrong I cancelled the contact number transfer and pay monthly contract, no one listened they still carried on with the transfer and jammed my old pay as you go sim. and when i try to call customer services, they say i have to go to the office to make it work because they do not have any solution, Vodafone have so big ego that they do not even bother to reply the emails. The sim not working cost me a lot and probably cost me my vodafone reward points too.
Probably i should have left the vodafone long time ago since they are not cheap anyways, i was their customer for their reliability now they are not any more.
