Booked my holiday for gran canaria total price quoted and paid 1790 on saturday. delighted holiday was booked and done. Received phone call sunday morning saying they have booked our hotel and transfers but not the flights as they had increased by 200 euro including credit card charge. Fair enough flight prices fluctuate all the time but i expect to pay what i am quoted. After numerous phone calls it came to paying the extra 200 euro. paid it and received an email from ryanair stating my flight details. so our hotels are booked for the 26th of july till the 2nd of august and in the email it states that the low cost holiday employee had booked flights for us that we have paid for for the dates 17th of august till the 24th! a whole month later? so after noticing this last night immediatley rang themback, they said they would resolve it asap and ring back when done! no call back, rang them 10 minutes ago and they said they have not yet changed the flights and they are closed at 10! so im in a situation where me and my 5 mates have paid over 1800 euro and booked work off for the wekk starting the 26th of july and the flights are not yet booked! next thing ill be told that the flights are totally booked out and no more room left! very dissatisfied ! i hope i dont have to be suffering from an employees mistake! ref 6383886 . all will be ok if its just sorted asap!
