I bought a finger board over the phone as it was a present and needed to be delivered ASAP. I was assured it would be delivered on time and when it didn't materialise I was sent a 25% discount code for a future purchase. I have just recently bought another finger board online and was unable to find any wear to add the code. The payment went through so I sent an email explaining the situation and heard nothing back until this customer service request came through about a week later!
