Straightforward transaction
All good, only comment is given the amount of money you could be spending (bought keyboard) parcel tracking should be offered, as had no idea even what day it was likely to arrive.

Excellent - quick and clear service
Ordered a new cooker, which was available immediately with loads of delivery options, which made it so easy to plan my day. They kept me informed by phone, email and text, and was even called by the delivery men 30 mins before they arrived. They delivered on the bank holiday and I wasn't charged any extra for this. Honestly, I was totally impressed with the ease of ordering with this company. I have had no product issues, so cannot comment on after-sale customer service.

Swift, informative & simple
Dealing with White & Bishop was so simple and straightforward. I paid a bit extra for the next day delivery and requested a different delivery address. All went really well and I received emails updating me on the progress of the delivery and was event advised on the day, when they anticipated the delivery to be made.
I didn't need to call them, so cannot comment on that side but exceptional service regarding product availability on website and delivery.
