Its always a worry to use new providers. We did and happily they did not disappoint - they simply delivered and delivered well.
I bought a belling mini cooker. I emailed asking if it could be delivered a particular day. No response. It arrived unannounced and arrived in a a torn box. Happily no damage. It has been used 4 times and one of the rings has stopped working. Not the suppliers fault I am sure. Emailed them. No reply. Waited. No reply. Have sent a second email and now not holding breath. Overall - the promises seem impressive but sadly the delivery and response once you part with your money is poor to say the least. Happily for me I have a contact in trading standards and they have been spoken to. The fact is you can get the products from other sources and I would recommend they be used.
we called and you weren't in so we left a card. Simple.
Unhappily, I was home, my wife was home. Our housekeeper was here.
That is three people.
And when called - we have a photo they say of him at the address - really - is the sign by the gate naming the house - no is the reply. Then he is not at the gate!
Oh - sorry - yes - actually he is not at the house at all
