The bath itself was a good price and looks lovely (minus the damage) would have been 5 stars if all had went well......however........
Communication was poor and I was never told when to expect delivery.
Having to help carry the bath into the property was definitely not an experience my wife wants to repeat especially after paying £60 for delivery. Apparently it is a kerbside delivery on large items. Be aware of this!
To top it all, the bath was badly damaged as it was poorly packaged and squashed into a box too small for it with very little protection. So disappointed. I am now in the process of asking for a replacement bath to be sent out.....lets see if they can get it right this time!

New bath delivered.......DAMAGED.....oh dear :( This is not going to plan at all. Thought it would be third time lucky but no. Aftersales on the case quickly for another replacement to be sent the next day.
Would have just asked for a refund but bath is lovely so we gave them one last chance to deliver a bath in perfect condition and it was success at last on the fourth attempt.
The aftersales team were a great help and listened to us when we told them the packaging was the issue here. Last bath came wrapped up, padded well, and not transported on its side like the previous baths had been. So at last we have a beautiful bath. I would do business again as aftersales were very helpful and the product itself was value for money.
The price was good, the site easy to use, the communication first class, the delivery excellent and on time. Have a slight scratch on one of the mirrors I purchased but I am confident this will be replaced.
Would do business with this company again and again.
