I ordered a freesia basket for my aunty who is 91 and recovering from a serious operation.I received a photo of my aunty with the order and there was not a freesia to be seen! Sent an email to the company but no answer! spoke to a Customer Service person who was not helpful saying that if the ordered flowers were not in then others would be sent! If I order freesias I expect freesias to be sent or to be contacted !I have sent another email with the photo of my aunty with the wrong flowers and have had no answer! Very shoddy customer services and have lost faith with this company.Hoping that I get some sort of resolution very quickly! Ros
