Brilliant, Helpful and Friendly

Recently purchased a replacement motherboard from scan (my previous board was refused an RMA from another site due to damage to the socket) the board was delivered the next day.
Would recommend to anyone, they will be seeing repeat business from me in the future.

Fantastic, Flawless

Ordered a dark rock pro 2 cooler for my new build from overclockers, arrived the next day and fully working (and a packet of Haribo sweets in the box too... a small detail that really made me smile).

Avoid like the plague

I recently purchased a full custom pc from this site, costing over £1100, although the initial service was great and all products arrived the next day i immediately noticed issues with many of the boxes (scuffed corners, dents etc) however the goods inside appeared to be largely intact, until i opened the motherboard, which appeared to have missing pins on the socket, my heart sank as i have heard about the issues in getting refunds over cpu socket defects, upon contacting the company i was told that it could not be refunded, as the damage must have been caused by me "the board would have failed all quality control inspections" and "the damage must therefor be user damage" was the response i got from ebuyer.
I have now issued a visa dispute as ebuyer are refusing to refund the board and in the process of filing a report with the office of fair trading.

I warn you not to deal with this site, there are much more friendly and equally as cheap sites elsewhere so long as you shop around.

I would like to offer our apologies for the condition your order arrived in. As the orders are delivered with a courier, the boxes may obtain a few scuffs as they pass through the delivery system.
If an item is damaged due to this, the item can be returned to Ebuyer and a refund or replacement will be issued.

I would also like to apologise that we are unable to accept your motherboard back for return. This is because we believe that pins on a motherboard can not go missing in transit and as we perform quality control inspections on these items before they leave our warehouse, these could not be possible causes for this kind of damage.

I am sorry to hear you will not be shopping with Ebuyer again due to this experience. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any further queries.
