Delivery slot missed. Called customer services, and they said they would investigate and call back. Did they? NO, they just went home, found out the customer service center shut at 10:30, they just had taken us for mugs and went home.
Knowing where the van was despatched from is a 24 hour store, called the duty manager, apparently the van driver couldn't be bothered to make our delivery and had taken it back to the store. No phone call to us, the customer at the time. No excuses, no apology.
Unacceptable service, and ASDA no longer deserve our customer, home delivery or in store - ever again.
ASDA may be cheap, but cheapness can not compensate for basic customer service.
