Customer service is very poor, I have tried to cancel the item 3 times now as the package is stuck in customs and hac been for 3 weeks, with no end in sight. I now keep getting emails asking me to be patient. There is no mention of cancelling the order. I have no doubt that I will have a battle getting a refund. Very disapointing.
