Everytime I place an order I worry what will be messed up this time round.

I love the clothing, but the lack of communication and stability is ridiculous, I've ordered numerous times with Misguided and on at least 3 occasions they have messed up my order. 1st they had taken money for something that was out of stock, I had to email them after a week to ask where my order was, that's when they revealed it was out of stock and wondered why the system had let me order it. Then they held my goods because I asked for the delivery to be at my work, so had to prove who I was, then another order it took 2 weeks and found out it was out of stock again, yet they let me order it. On all those occasions I had to email them they never contacted me. Really poor service.

I am extremely sorry to hear you experienced problems with previous orders with us. Certain items on our website can be extremely popular and can sell out very quickly and cause stock problems if more than customer orders at the same time, please accept our apologies for this. Orders can be placed on hold as a security measure to protect our customers cards against possible fraud and we hope our customers understand this if their cards are potentially stolen.
