If you have a 20 foot barge pole, get an extension before you touch these guys.
I have never known worse customer service in my life. We opted for a pickup rather than taking the parcel to one of their pick up points. Nobody turned up on the allotted day, every phone call to them costs 10p per minute and you are on the phone for 20 minutes plus at a time. Ringing at 7.30 in the evening got someone munching away on their tea whilst talking on the phone. A manager is NEVER around (how many companies have you ever worked at where there isnt at least one manager somewhere in the building?). I seriously think this company is run by half a dozen people working from home and a manager is never available because they cant make an outbound call on their home telephone while they are talking to you. No one calls back and they can never get in touch with the freelance courier that is down as being the pick up person. 4 times now we've been told a manager will call us back and we still have the parcel here 54 hours after the item was booked in !
They rebranded to be the biggest European parcel delivery network???????
Update Added: Their solution to the problem? We'll refund your money and we won't bother picking up your parcel.
