Received text stating delivery day - great, received text on day of delivery to advise time - great. Re-arranged day to accommodate delivery time - no problem. Delivery driver pulls up outside house - does not get out of van - after 5 seconds reverses out of road at speed - did not return. Receive text stating nobody about to sign for parcel! cannot speak to anyone on phone only a robot, now have to re-arrange day tomorrow to accommodate delivery. Interlink already lost a customer but now the supplier has too.
