I ordered a mug and had to wait for it for more than a month (delivery to Belarus is always slow). My item delivery inquiries were left unanswered (due to some technical issues ?? ), so I had to send another inquiry through Facebook. FB page manager replied almost instantly in a very polite tone and remained helpful all the way. After about a month of waiting we considered the item lost and CentralCrafts sent me a substitute.
