4 weeks spent waiting for TimeTalk to resolve my network speed issues and disconnections.
Had to return to Virgin, surprised this company is still around have heard nothing but bad things.
I think the premium rate number for technical assistance pisses a lot of people off.
Seriously Cheaper just paying a reputable provider like Virgin or BT.
