My order went through and I waited. Nothing happened. I enquired what was happening and was told a system error was to blame and did I want to continue. I said yes and I waited. 2 days later I asked what was happening (again) and a system error was to blame (again) and did I want to continue. I said yes but your Guarantee says that non delivery results in a refund and prompt delivery of flowers free. They said you didn't place an order. I did. They said you didn't pay. I did. They said I asked for a partial refund and flowers. I didn't. They said that was the end of the matter. I said give me your Manager's name.
