Was easy to book and online chat helpdesk was useful
THe price seems reasonable, was straightforward to book with printable documents straight away. Havent had to make a claim yet , so hard to review that side of the service until a problem arises.

READ RETURNS POLICICY BEFORE BUYING AN RC MODEL
I bought a faulty RC model through a nitrotek dealer, the car melted components after a few minuits normal use. I was sent a replacement part and the same thing occurred. When we asked for a refund, the car is apparently classed as used, once the battery has been charged and this means you cant have a refund. How do you know if the car works properly or not without charging the battery? mmm
