Changed to talk talk to save a few quid from BT. The whole ordeal ended up being a huge mistake. Not only were they rude and unhelpful, we ended up being repeatedly over charged. So we changed back to BT. HOWEVER, despite this talk talk continued to charge us a total of about £100 over the months we were back with BT, so we were paying TWO bills.
I'm not being rude, but I couldnt understand a word anyone was saying, and we didnt get the offer of a refund till we spoke to someone english. Please please do not use them. I'm outraged by the way they function. They shouldnt be allowed to trade and quite frankly, I've never heard a good word said about them!!!
