I ordered a dress 3 weeks before the night I was going out I paid for delivery and a week after I emailed to see how long it would be, they told me another week. A month passed and I still did not receive my dress I emailed missguided constantly for an answer and all I got back was 'we are looking into it'. About 2 months after that I emailed them again to see if they had heard of anything they said my dress had been lost in the post and I can only have a credit note not a refund. I thought this was disgusting that I could not get my money back on a dress that I never got! I will not be ordering from them again.
