After 4 working days (and only an order confirmation by email), I contacted Ex-AV only to find that the item wasn't going to be in stock for another 2 days and would be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday - not even Saturday! Even at 11am on Friday, they were unable to confirm they would have the item. The money was taken as soon as I ordered the item, not when the item was dispatched as better companies do. I have now paid more to have the item delivered tomorrow (Saturday) from another supplier and this has cost about £10 more. I should have done this in the first place and saved waiting for over a week. Very poor communication and I won't be using them again.
