The worst experience I have ever had. It is impossible to reach someone for customer service help. I booked through them with my Amex and when i was checking in online on airline's website they asked for last 4 digits of the card I used and it was not recognized even though i knew for a fact everything i entered was correct. After trying to contact Opodo for 5 hours i finally got hold of someone who told me they booked it with their corporate card, and gave me the last 4 digits. They did not think of informing me about this via email or anything. Stupidly, I used Opodo again after this, and used my gf's card for my booking. I get a confirmation email and the day of my flight I have no flight, turns out they blocked the transaction for security purposes because my information did not match the information on the card. Opodo nevewr contacted me, They are terribly unprofessional AVOID AT ALL COSTS
