It has been 3 weeks since I've placed my order and Zavvi refuses to call the delivering party to find out what the status was. I brought a game as a present for my nephew and assumed the order would be at my home within 10-15 days, as they promise. This didn't happen so I contacted Customer Support, who do nothing but tell me to 'wait' another 2 weeks. I think it's rediculous they can't make a simple call to the delivering party and find out what happened to the package. I want to cancel my order right now and order it at a store that CAN deliver their goods.
I have received the game yesterday. I'm a bit dissapointed it took so long to arrive but I am happy to see it did arrive now. I would like to comment on the support given as well, since it seems the support messages by the 'Zavvi Nederland' support desk is nothing more than a response in English ran trough a translating program, this is not very professional and I feel this is a big part of the reason why I think support couldn't be very helpfull. I'm dissapointed that the support employee had no way to find out the tracking number and check the order's status. The supplier, PostNL has a very good tracking system and a simple tracking number which I think Zavvi as supplier should have available would be sufficient to check out what the status was. All and all I'm happy that the game finally arrived, but I think this review is still accurate. It's unfortunate but this has been a bad experience and I won't be ordering at Zavvi anymore.
