Roundabout of disappointment.

For almost 1 year, I have had the misfortune of being a customer of TalkTalk. Starting with land line and broadband package being such a good price, I thought why not!
From day 1 of installing broadband, my connection speed has been less than 2MB. So naturally I call Tech support to resolve the problem, but I was met with more frustration due to the language barrier.
To cut a long story short, I upgraded to fibre optic on the promise I would get approx 18 MBPS and true to TalkTalks reputation I got it for all of 4 days, then disappointment again! After countless phone calls and 2 engineers later, my upload speed is currently at 1.9MB download and 1.8MB upload. I can’t leave the contract due to threats of a fine, even though the service has been less than adequate. AaaaaaHhhhhhh!!!!!
