Originally I wanted to buy 6 different products, 2 of which were out of stock at the time, so I placed an order for the 4 items they had. After 6 days I hadn't recieved anything except a feedback email, so I called USN. Vanessa on the other line was very polite and dealt with my problem quickly, although the next day delivery only contained 3 of the 4 items ordered. I spoke to Vanessa again and she organised another delivery for the remainder; overall the order took 8 days including two follow-up phone calls.
This was the first time I have ordered from USN so hopefully this isn't repeated.
