Despite ordering my three piece suit on 4th May 2013 for my sister's wedding, I still do not have a complete suit. The waistcoat sent with the original order was incorrect, and I had to return it to T4L at MY expense, even though it was their mistake. A new waistcoat was delivered, but was WRONG AGAIN. I'm still waiting for the third waistcoat.
I thought that all the customer reviews citing a bad experience with this company were just down to bad experiences, but they are not interested in customer service, they're just interested in making a profit. Cheap material, cheap construction (the local tailor commented on the construction, and pointed out that the trouser legs were different lengths and the suit jacket fronts were different lengths) and terrible customer service where terms and conditions are made up when it suits them. "We can't refund your alteration costs whilst we still have a claim open", "We can't start making the correct waistcoat until you've sent us the incorrect one"
Believe me when I say - you are throwing your money down the drain when dealing with this company. Pay the extra money and visit a local tailor.
