Mazuma Mobile

Fast, Honest and Easy!

This was the first time i'd sent my old mobile off to a 'buy your old phone' site. I went with mazuma due to their advertising being in my memory and finding their website easy and informative. Everything they said would happen in the process of sending in my old phone and being paid for it happened smoothly and quickly. Couldn't have been happier with the service.


Excellent marketing for poor available product

As a regular shopper with Asos, I decided to give Misguided a go due to their brilliant Ibiza clothing campaign. The site looked nearly identical to ASOS and the functionality of it was great., I was at first disappointed to notice that most of the clothing i was interested in from the campaign was 'coming soon' and wasn't actually available to purchase which i found strange. However i scanned through and found some items i liked. One dress i purchased i thought would be great for an event i would be involved in on the coming Sunday, so ordered Saturday delivery to get it in time. Unfortunately the company Misguided used to deliver the item didn't manage to get it to me until 7pm on the Saturday by which point i had already left for work and they scheduled redelivery for the Monday. By the time i received the package i was very disappointed to find the quality of the clothing less than satisfactory. the material was very cheap, the tailoring very poor and the design not very well executed. Even the hat i purchased had a cheap looking fabric band around it and sat poorly on my head. My second opinion from my boyfriend on the clothing was that it looked 'cheaply made' and he preferred the clothing i have purchased from other sites like ASOS. Misguided have put more effort into their advertising campaign it seems and creating a site which is very functional and lacked the main importance of a fashion web-shop...to deliver great clothing. I unfortunately won't risk purchasing from Misguided again especially after having to pay £6.50 to return the package to obtain my refund.

I am extremely sorry to hear you experienced problems with regard to late delivery of your parcel and the quality of your garments once received, this certainly isn't up to our usual high standards. With regard to the cost of your return I can confirm as a Paypal customer using our Collect+ label would have been free to use and you would have had £3.10 taken from your refund.
