Poor Communication

I received my Ralph glasses fairly promptly, about 10 days. However, when they arrived there was no receipt or invoice, no certificate of authenticity and no tag/label on the glasses, in fact nothing to show that they were original Ralph sunglasses. Also the arms of the glasses were not level. I emailed Smartbuy glasses via the website and also via email. I have still not received a reply despite a further two emails to the company. I received a automated response email to say I would be contacted in 24 hrs.....I am still waiting. Contrary to the website there is no phone number to contact the company. I am very disappointed.

thank you for provided feedback.

Despite packaging may vary depending on collection/model, i agree that not receiving any authenticity card should be very frustrating. Although we guarantee that all glasses are 100% authentic, from reliable Italian suppliers only.

We will follow up with Distributor office regarding this issue, as this is truly an exception and hopefully will be avoided in the future.
