Overall, I'm quite happy with the way my transaction was handled. Once I'd decided to purchase through Chitter Chatter, the process was very simple. The tariff I got on my handset couldn't be better anywhere I could find, coupled with the handset price. Delivery was prompt, I received my order within a couple of days. However, the correspondence was my only qualm. I was told via email that my order was in processing, never received one to say it was complete, or that my handset was on its way. So I contacted customer services myself, who were helpful enough to get things clarified for, but again didn't follow through on my request to have email confirmation sent to me. I also had to phone up a second time to find out if the handset had been dispatched and what the tracking number was.
