item order of there website on 09/02/2011 01:07. later on within that week I sent two messages via there website saying "why is it taking so long to process?" - Didn't get a reply.
sent a email to them on 13/02/2011 10:23 via there email address at "email@example.com" saying "hi, i still haven't seen it get pass the processing stage at this point in time. so when will my item be delivered?
14/02/2011 15:36 - got a message saying "Your order has been passed to the warehouse for picking and will be sent within the next 2 days unless we advise you otherwise"
item arrive 15th Feb 2011 next day and i notice the box and headphones looked a bit different from the ones i seen at currys/pc world. The headphones itself looked poorer in quality compare to the ones I've tested at currys/pc world and the stitching on th ear muffs looked like it was done in a "hurry". The cushion on the ear pads didn't seem all that round/curve seen online and wasn't as comfy as the one I've tested. also after plugging in my Sony Vaio laptop pc to check for sound quality the rubber casing surrounding the 3.5mm jack came lose, further evidence that it was most likely fake.
check around the net and my suspicion lead me to believe it was fake so i contacted the company on 15/02/2011 16:25. stating
"hello i like to inform you that the item you sent me is faulty and fake. I would like a full refund and a replay please if you don’t i will take further action."
waiting for a response now and will update this review depending on there response
