Having purchased two standing tickets for an event at Twickenham 8months ago by the time the event came round I realised it was on Fathers Day, I looked at travelling to Twickenam and from Kent it's not the easiest of places to get too. I decided to try and sell my tickets, I didn't intend to make money from them but just to get back the total cost of the tickets.
I'd heard if seatwave, read up on the process and using an iPad listed them online, when I suddenly got an email saying I had sold 1 ticket I panicked as I was worried I'd get left with 1 I went on my laptop and realised there was a setting to change which I must of overlooked on the iPad mode.
Fear not both tickets sold, and I received confirmation when I had logged the tracking post numbers. A few days after the event I got an email to say my funds had been issued.
Overall for a first time seller I was more than happy with the experience and felt the charge by seatwave was fair in terms if the audience your selling o and their communications.
