I have been using just eat for a while and its been OK.
However, I tried ordering tonight and my card was declined, tried another card;
I had to ring my bank on a premium rate 0845 number who advised me that all accounts were fine and to contact the company.
I told just eat the above(via chat) and was told the manager had decided to decline the card for "unknown reasons". I was not told what these reasons were.
By this time, I would have gone to the takeaway, (which I have used in the past via just eat)and come back.
Why would they do this, was this manager not happy with my name, is just eat only for a select few?
Wish I knew this, before wasting hours on a Friday night and leaving everyone starving.
