Ordered a camera lens that has been held in customs since 6th June. 3 weeks later, several emails to cancel the order and no refund. I cannot understand why Simply Electronics will not cancel my order and refund the money paid for an item that they have failed to deliver. Will they accept my judgement and refund my money? Not sure? They are not making this easy and maybe I've lost my money? This is terrible service and they are not fulfilling their obligation. This sucks!!
