Wrong product sent

Complete Aquatics sent me filters designed for Tropical fish but I had ordered filters for my Goldfish. It cost me over five pounds to send it back.

Hi Angela. Had we known we would have simply sent out the correct filters without you having to send back the incorrect ones. However, I have refunded your postage costs once they arrived back and I also sent out your correct items immediately, so we simply couldn't have done any more. Despite our best efforts and 5 star service, occasionally slight mishaps do happen but when they do we always, always rectify them at the quickest possible speed at totally our costs.
