I have been a very loyal customer to Missguided within the past year and have purchased many many different items from them, they are my favourite place to get clothes from and I would choose them over any retail store on the high street.
I love Missguided because even with saver delivery, they inform you as soon as your item has been despatched and where it is so you know what day it is coming. Also, if your in, they don't do that annoying thing where they put a card in the letterbox and say your order is at a depot. With given instructions, they are able to leave their orders in the desired place. Even with saver delivery the order gets to me within 2 days, sometimes its even the next day.
However, when shopping on the website of Missguided, you get really excited when you see loads of things you like. You decide your going to buy it and that's the item/s you want, go to click on your size that doesn't appear to be grey (out of stock) and then the 'add to bag' button changes to 'adding to bag' for about 3 seconds and then goes back to 'add to bag' and hasn't added the item in your bag. This is because the item is out of stock, I contacted Missguided customer care because I needed this dress for a wedding, it also happened with a jacket a month or two before that, which I was set on. They told me that this is because the item may be out of stock, which was really annoying for me as it was the only dress suitable and I wasted time clicking on the button thinking there was something wrong with my browser.
If Missguided kept a closer eye on which items are out of stock and updated them ASAP, then this review would have deifnitly been a 5 star.
