No Backbone

Finds it so easy to blame 3rd party fails to really have a good long go at 3rd party for failure because to do so would mean that the 3rd party would bite back and as they are a big customer they are happy for the little person to be told it's the 3rd parties fault nothing we can do.

Lost parcel then it was found then it was delayed by 3 weeks then it was lost as of yet who knows what will happen next.

I have just checked your order and can see that your parcel has now been delivered and that you have been refunded the full carriage cost of your delivery due to this delay from UPS. Please let me take this opportunity to say that we value all of our customers and strive to provide everyone an excellent level of customer service. In rare events of delivery delays, we pursue this with the carrier as soon as we are made aware of it, and continue to do so until the issue is resolved, as we did in this case.
