Just to say up to now your service has been second to none, but on my last order
I do want to make some comments. I placed an order on the 23rd June for some
prescription meds for one of my dogs plus a large 15kg sack of biscuit meal.
Well knowing that you are normally so quick to deliver and respond by e-mail I
was surprised not to have heard anything by the Tuesday (25th), so I phoned to find that you were awaiting delivery of the biscuit meal??? Could this not be flagged when ordering (i.e. due in on .....). On speaking to your representative on the phone she informed me the meal was due in that day and should be dispatched either
Tuesday/Wednesday, well on checking my account on the Wednesday it had
STILL NOT been dispatched - all this time I am still awaiting my dogs drugs
which also had not been sent - why could these not be sent under a separate
delivery as by then I had run out and she had to miss a day of her medication
because you had not sent them out, even though you had them IN STOCK ????
Is there anyway this could be rectified so this does not happen again ???
